Unfined, unfiltered, dry-farmed, organic, natural California Riesling. Now say that five more times in a row! Stirm's winemaking philosophy is quite simple. Whole cluster press everything, short periods of skin contact, avoid SO2 until fermentation has completed, let indigenous yeast do their thing, and fine/filter as minimally as possible. Dry, bright, zippy minerality, lush citrus fruit, floral, a tiny bit of petrol. Good structure and long-lasting finish. Don't snooze on this limited quantity beauty.

Located in the heart of the Languedoc, caves Richemer is bordering the Mediterranean Sea. Lively, crisp and clean Sauvignon blanc. You will find aromas of flowers and exotic fruit. Great pairing with oysters or enjoyable on its own.

Henri de Richemer - Sauvignon blanc Pays d'Oc

Let this wine take you back to the beaches of Barcelona, because we can all use a vacation right now! This cava is vibrant and clean with dry and refreshing bubbles. Crisp green apples, lemon zest, slight hint of biscuit and almonds. On the palate it impresses from first to final sip with nuances of fresh quince, decorated with a tight freshness and lively perlage. The finish is soft and well balanced. A second glass is impossible to pass up! Bonus: also works perfectly in a morning mimosa!

GreenLane Rosé 

This wine arises from Spanish blend of Monastrell and Syrah grapes. Aged for twelve months in oak barrels. This super elegant wine is unique, and complex. On the nose, it is fresh with intense aromas of red fruits, jam, cherries and plums. Waves of liquorice, new leather, vanilla, and coffee. On the palate, the fruit blends perfectly with oak for a velvety lush finish. 

Casa Los Frailes - Bilogia 

Founded in 1970 by Natalino Bartolomei and Anna Maria Iobbi, the estate’s 130 hectares of vineyards are situated a few kilometers from the legendary medieval town of Offida. Today, brothers Massimiliano and Walter Bartolomei continue their father Natalino’s vision of organic, fresh wines. Oris is a blend of Trebbiano, Pecorino, and Passerina, grown in the towns of Offida and Acquaviva Picena, in Ascoli Piceno province at 300m. This was native fermented in stainless, and left to settle for 4 months. Brilliant, pale yellow with green hues, this wine has an enticing tropical fruit driven nose, with notes of honeysuckle, lychee, peach pit, spearmint, fresh almonds and a touch of white pepper.

Ciù Ciù - Oris 

Vino Lauria's take Nerello Mascalese pours a lighter red hue, that is slender with notes of fresh walnuts, wild plums, and red currants. Brisk acidity counters the sun-ripened fruit and tuggy tannins reminding us of Sicily's warmth. Try it with a chill!

Emma embodies the purity of natural wine. A full-bodied style, loaded with black crushed fruit. Lush and dark, perfect with rich food and hard cheeses or just taking a minute for yourself. This red wine is made from Merlot grapes. On the nose, it has notes of black fruits and candied citrus fruit. On the palate, it is a fruit-forwarded and full-bodied wine, with a beautiful length.

Single Vineyard Pet Nat from the hands of one of Ontario's greatest boutique wineries. Fermented in bottle with lees, smells like a cross between a Lambic beer and a farm orchard of quince and and oranges. Cloudy, funky and crazily crushable without question!

Leaning Post - Petillant Naturel

The cellar has been making wine since 1923 in Luberon, in the heart of Provence. 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache this wine has big aromas, a little tannin with a fresh fruit finish. Easy everyday, perfect with grilled meat, lots of cheese.

New vintage, and it's even better! Ophelia is bright, refreshing and fun! Piquette, or “little wine” is easy drinking, low in alcohol, where the juice sits on skins to macerate and ferment for up to two weeks.  For this vintage, merlot, syrah and cabernet franc skins were pressed. Slightly effervescent with notes of cranberry, sour watermelon candy, strawberry, and citrus. It's perfect for any occasion, and low ABV for an easy drinking treat.

Traynor Family - Ophelia Piquette

This versatile wine is a blend of 40% oak and 60% stainless steel fermented fruit. This food friendly crowd pleaser has notes of pear, tropical fruit and spice enhanced by a backbone of acidity.

GreenLane Chardonnay

This sumptuous blend includes the indigenous variety Moristel, reclaimed by the winery from extinction. This variety adds nice acidy and spice to the wine. Ripe fruit, but sprinkled with good acidity due to the relative altitude in the foothills of the Pyrenees. 3404 is the highest peak in meters. Try saying it in Spanish while savouring this wine: "Tresmilcuatrocientoscuatro."

Pirineos - 3404

This Chenin Blanc is a wild ferment, meaning that the fermentation started with the grapes' own natural yeasts. On the nose, it has fresh aromas of under-ripe stone fruit, tangerine, with firm minerality. This is a texture-driven wine, with an almost grippy finish. The acid is perfectly balanced with the weight, giving the impression of heft without the additives. A naked and true representation of South African Chenin Blanc.

Pearce Predhomme - Chenin Blanc

100% Moscatel and brutally delicious. Fermented to off-dry in stainless steel and finished in bottle. Aromas of elderflowers, gooseberry, melon, and pineapple leading to tiny bubbles with hints of tropical fruits, apples, and honeyed citrus. Pure pleasure, this super-aromatic gem is part of the international winemaker series BRUTAL!! for those serious natural wine junkies.

Cueva - Brutal Ancestral 

Iconic Austrian producer shows what Blaufränkisch is like when made naturally: medium bodied, vibrant and veritably moreish. Bramble and milk chocolate on the nose followed by concentrated bright cherries on the palate. Full of character with a slight earthy funk. It's a fresh and juicy wine with a medium body and ample acidity that you'll want to keep pouring.

Meinklang - Blaufränkisch

This unique amber-hued beauty is acidic and balanced, with notes of dried apricot. 50% Trebbiano, 50% Malvasia, fermented in stainless for 10 days on skins, with manual punch downs. It was then moved into one new 500L French oak barrel for 9 months, then bottled in the summer. The nose is fresh, with subtle herbs. On the palate, elegant mineral and dried apricot are held firmly by a slightly tannic finish. 

Le Ragnaie - Vino Bianco 

The most fresh and fascinating Nero d'Avola in town! With a spicy and lively saline character, this wine truly represents the intriguing Sicilian terroir where it is produced. Its bouquet shows scents of mulberries and raspberries with a touch of light spices. On the palate it is fragrant and full, with soft velvety tannins that shape a vibrant, Mediterranean personality.

Cantine Barbera - Nero d'Avola

In mezzo (In the middle) is an organic Frappato Rosato. Spending 36 hours on the skins makes this rosé dark, concentrated and aromatic. Intense notes of juicy strawberries, jasmine tea and dark cherry. Sophisticated, delicate and one-of-a-kind!

Terre Di Bruca - InMezzo Rosato

This Olasrizling is complex, with lovely aromas of white flesh peach with hints of white pepper and some smoky tones. Rich and layered on the palate with nice minerality and zippy acidity. Sip it as an aperitif or pair it with anything fried or smoked.

The much-beloved Roselana is finally back! The 2020 vintage is a completely dry and vinous rosé - just like all its predecessors. Dark in colour, it has some serious bones and can easily take the place of a light red. Explosively aromatic and very easy-drinking.

An easy-drinking, "gateway orange wine". Bold and complex and a fan favourite. Pale orange colour with aromas of tropical fruit, hazelnut, apple. Dried orange rind and black tea on the palate. Well structured with light tannins and good acidity. 

Dominio de Punctum - 20,000 Leguas

Is it pink? Is it orange? It's both! Skin-contact Pinot Grigio often comes out like a rosé because the grapes are a pink-grey colour. This is a soft and fruity, super easy patio wine with ripe strawberry and vanilla tones.

Lunaria Orsogna - Ramoro Pinot Grigio

This 100% Nero d’Avola is completely concrete-aged (no oak) resulting in a remarkable balance of bold and fresh. With notes of ripe black cherries, anise, and tobacco, Nero Di Lupo is authentic Sicily in a bottle.

Traynor Family - Haberdasher

Very juicy and light! This wine is glou glou with a touch of funk. Like a true Gamay Nouveau, this wine is stainless steel fermented without aging and goes through carbonic maceration. A youthful, dry and well balanced red that is oh-so-smooth. On the palate you will find ripe blueberry, red currants, raspberry, and a slight black forest cake, with light spice notes and cocoa bean follow. Drink chilled!

Oregon Pinot Noir is some of the worlds most exciting expressions of the 'heartbreak' grape. Grown on ancient volcanic soils in the Willamette Valley, this is pure unoaked Pinot Noir. Grapes are from the legendary Hyland Vineyard (planted in the 1960's). Elegant, herbal and lushly textured. Serve slightly chilled with anything!!!

Channing Daughters - Rosso Fresco

Super crisp, super refreshing, super gluggable. Aromas of apple, lemon, hay, white flowers and chalky minerality. Lemon, candied ginger, pear, melon, apple and a trace of mandarin orange are glossed by bright acidity and light fizz. Creamy texture compliments lemon zest, honey, white flowers and a trace of pineapple on the zippy, mineral driven finish. 

Poderi Cellario - È Bianco! (1L)

A unique wild fermented Vermentino. Beautiful texture with 6 weeks spent on lees. Super bright, upfront acidity – lemon lime tang – is what pops from the glass, instantly putting you in the thirst quenching zone. The mid-palate is where the texture and length comes in, nashi pear and green apple pops against orange peel breadth and juicy, creamy mouthfeel. The acid line cleans up the back end, highlighting the classic Vermentino hit of sea spray and the lovely briney savouriness giving a beautiful long finish to the wine. Crunchy and aromatic, it is the perfect thirst quenching white.

Delinquente - Screaming Betty

An organic wine Rosso Nero d'Avola DOC Sicily produced in North-Western Sicily, a vineyard of Gagliardetta. Very soft on the palate, delicate with notes of black cherry developed by an evolved tannin. A persistent aftertaste with permanent aromatic notes of black pepper. Ruby red colour, with an intense fragrance of black currant and ripe plums combined with a soft note of balsamic, herbs and spices.

Terre Di Bruca - Quaranta

Fresh and fruity, with hints of white flowers and a surprisingly mineral sensation given by the Mediterranean breeze and the terroir close to the lagoon of Venice. Notes of ripe pear, apples, and citrus. Light and bright and a perfect match for any light summer fare.

Podere Cervarola - La Rondinina Lambrusco 

This wine is light and fresh. Shows floral peony aromas with pretty plum jam and pomegranate notes on the finish. There's darting florals, and an infiltration of light peppercorn, with lightly sticky tannins, reflective of the southern France environment. Lovely with a light chill.

Olivier Coste - Cinsault

12 months of aging in barrels gives it a nose of candied blackcurrant where vanilla and undergrowth bring the complexity of the wines of yesteryear. On the palate, red fruits, chocolate, and a touch of cassis.  smoothness. Very smooth.

Domaine du Rieu Frais - Cabernet Sauvignon

A beautiful, delicate skin-contact wine from the Monferrato region in northern Italy. Favorita grapes are wild-fermented partly in amphora and partly in stainless steel, and left to macerate on their skins for 150 days. With a lovely light golden hue, this wine shimmers with notes of jasmine flowers, pomelo rind, and a spritz of tangerine. Just lovely. 

Tenuta Foresta - Monferrato Bianco

An unoaked chardonnay that perfectly balances a smooth mid-palate, a light creaminess and crisp acidity. Sourced from vines approaching 30 years of age. Notes of ripe apple, lime, melon, and lingering layers of tropical fruit on the finish. What a stunner!

Delinquente - Tuff Nut Pet Nat

The party is back! This pink pet nat brings together red and white – Vermentino and Nero d’Avola. Traditionally grown hundreds of miles apart, this naturally sparkling, rag tag blend of grapes from the Riverland will bless your palate with its spritzy energy, sweet dark fruit, and bracing acidity. The Nero d’Avola turns the good times up to 11 with its super bright red fruit cutting through the citrus, stonefruit push of the Vermentino. Hazy, bright pink in the glass, the nose gives wonderful yeastiness, super clean, like walking into the kitchen while mum is baking fruit toast. 

Delinquente - Weeping Juan Pet Nat

The 2021 Rosato brings back all the elements that make this wine such a favourite, lush strawberries and cream on the nose; super refreshing raspberry and rose water on the front palate. After crushing, the fruit was left to soak on skins for 6 hours, giving the wine a lovely blush pink colour. The savoury notes that are really shining through on this wine and continue to impress – herbaceous, acid driven and moreish to keep it all working together. It’s everything we want to see in a rosé, and about as smashable as it gets.

Delinquente - Pretty Boy Rosato

A fresh, wild, and energetic stainless steel-fermented Carignan from the Languedoc. Bright cherry, bright acid and an undercurrent of dark fruit and spice make this wine an easy sipper. Great with a light chill, on its own or paired with anything from curry to charcuterie. 

Olivier Coste - Old Star Carignan Noir

From a family-owned winery that was started in the 1960s, these beautiful bubbles are made with the utmost care and attention. Mostly Chardonnay, this wine is a light straw colour, with toasty brioche notes, plenty of freshness and fine bubbles. A classy aperitif and a great alternative to Champagne.

Rinaldini - Brut Bianco

One of Traynor's most popular wines, their classic Pinot Noir is the perfect wine for the transition into winter! A little earthy with notes of mushroom, dried leaf, ripe strawberries and a hint of sweet tobacco on the nose. Medium-bodied, slightly tart and softly tannic with a pallet that finishes and lingers with dark cherry.

Traynor Family - Pinot Noir 

La Sorga is one of the pioneers of natural wines and the Brutal movement based in the south of France. 60 yr old vine Cinsault grown on slate soils, whole cluster fermented in stainless steel. Elegant smashed red fruits, black olives and lavendar. Crunchy acids, best served chilled!

Carimou is ruby ​​red wine from La Sorga, a pioneer of natural wine based out of the south of France. On the nose it tastes of red fruit, berries, sour cherries, dark chocolate, and sweet spices. On the palate it is fine and complex, with a fresh, vibrant acidity!

Bacchus is a red wine blend with equal parts Montepulciano and Sangiovese. The vines are carefully grown on the hills of Le Marche 300 meters above sea level.  It has intense and ethereal aromatics and on the palate exhibits notes of raspberry, cherry, liquorice, savoury notes and mint on the finish.  You'll find its medium bodied, dense, and pure expression of fruit quite charming. 

Ciù Ciù - Bacchus Rosso Piceno

We love the E Rosso! Another natural gem from Poderi Cellario. A vibrant violet colour with a palate full of berries and cherries, a touch of spice, and soft tannins. Beautiful, layered, and super easy drinking! The fastest litre you'll ever drink.

Cabernet Franc/Gamay/Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Petit Verdot

This unique red wine is juicy, rich and ripe. There are jammy flavours of both red and black fruits from the Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir that are complimented by the depth, tannin and dark berry structure of the Cabernets and oak aging. This medium-bodied red wine is polished, smooth, opulent, round and full of intensity. Flavours of raspberry and blackberry dance on the palate with cocoa and spice. 

Adamo - Estate Red

Tenuta Cocci Grifoni is a women-led family winery with certified organic vineyards. Tara Rosso Piceno is a blend of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Montepulcino. Wine is not treated with oak in order to let Montepulciano’s natural floral and spicy notes flourish. This red is well balanced with a delightful acidity. A beautiful light to medium bodied wine for a cozy afternoon in.

Trediberri - Dogliani DOCG Bricco Mollea

Hand-harvested Pecorino grown in the clay-sand soil of the Tarà estate vineyard. Fruit is gently pressed then fermented in stainless steel, where it rests for three months prior to bottling. Straw yellow in colour with a shimmer of green, the nose is fresh and crisp. Notes of grapefruit peel, aromatic rosemary, green apples, white acacia flowers, and white peach are complemented by mineral notes and almond on the finish.

Fairweather Dream Pop

Antica Enotria makes natural, dry, crunchy, refreshing red - totally the opposite of what Puglia is famous for - which is awesome! Deep ruby red colour and violet nuances with a characteristic bouquet of cherries and earthy forest berries. On the palate this wine is soft, dry, medium bodied, with nice light tannins and a good freshness. Perfect for any season.

Antica Enotria Puglia Rosso 

A pink twist on the classic Italian aromatized wine Cocchi Americano. Cocchi Rosa starts with a red wine base that is aromatized and bittered with gentian, cinchona, wormwood, citrus, rose petals, saffron, and vanilla. Cocchi Rosa shines as the bittersweet base of a light summer spritz- pour over ice, top with soda or tonic water, and a wedge of grapefruit.

Did someone say Champagne? Champagne Lelarge-Pugeot is a boutique, organic grower based in Vrigny, a Premier Cru village situated in Montagne de Reims. The Lelarge family has been making wine since 1789. The Tradition is ripe and creamy with a great depth of flavour. Notes of fresh apple, ripe pear, tangy citrus zest, dried apricots and toast. The texture is tight with a good streak of minerality for a crisp aftertaste. Cheers!

Mosole - Refosco

Fountain is a fun and easy cider made by steeping fresh blueberries in wild fermented apple cider with a touch of organic anise hyssop. The first whiff of will transport you right inside a bag of Swedish Berries. Complex in flavour, the hyssop adds perceptual sweetness, lifting the blueberry notes in a delightful way. There's a savoury/saline quality here too that makes it perfect for food pairings.

Revel - Fountain Cider

A unique and distinctive garage wine made by sommelier Andre Hueston. It is a fruit-driven, full-bodied complex red blend sourced from Oregon and Washington State. The rich, ripe, voluptuous fruit comes from the Syrah out of the Rogue Valley in SW Oregon and just enough Washington Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to give it complexity and structure. Barrel-aged for 10 months.

Maison Noir - Horseshoes and Handgrenades

The rolling hills between scattered medieval towns and villages of Gascony are predominately white wine country. It was here that Boutinot was drawn to source his white wines from the locally grown Colombard and Ugni Blanc grape varieties. Characters of crisp green fruit on the palate and lively acidity, it is quite dry but exuberantly fruity with a clean finish. A very pretty nose with notes of basil, freshly cut green grass and guavas. The creamy palate continues with more green fruits and flowers; figs and tobacco flowers.

Cuvée Jean-Paul - Blanc De Blancs Demi

The Grenache and Syrah grapes selected from the Southern Rhone of France and when blended together, produce a wine that is both elegant and flavourful. Bright aromas of raspberry leaf, notes of herbs and spices like clove and lightly ground pepper. With your first sip, you'll find nice red fruits such as raspberry, currant and just under ripe cherry. This medium bodied wine is effortless to drink!

Cuvée Jean-Paul - Vaucluse Cuvee Rouge

Tenuta Garetto is located in a very well-known and recognized spot for Barbera. It is located in the heart of the new Nizza DOCG appellation. It is a light and precise wine with flavours of amarena cherries and strawberries with savoury undertones.

Tenuta Garetto - Rosina Barbera

A wine of unique pleasure, with a delicate bouquet and bubble that caresses the palate. Fruity, green apple, pear, floral notes and hints of wisteria and vanilla flowers. A beautiful well balanced wine, nice mousse, very fresh, and lively. Dry and elegant finish.

The Clockwork Orange is a complex, co-fermented blend of seven indigenous Portuguese white grapes. This skin contact wine is richly textured with fine grippy tannins and perfectly balanced with acid. Iced black tea and fresh peaches, dried apricots and ocean spray at sunset. Pours like hazy liquid gold, and tastes like it too. 

FitaPreta - a Laranja Mecanica

A true Niagara wine focused on a blend of organic, biodynamic and sustainably farmed vineyards throughout the Peninsula. With low yields and great quality, the Crew Sauvage brings a remarkable balance of concentration and weight, while remaining fresh and lifted. Expect gorgeous orchard fruits, apple and peach on the nose with notes of marine, hazelnut, lemon custard, and blonde caramel essence. This elegant wine offers a lovely texture on the palate, rich and round with biscuits and cream, while boasting a lip-smacking acidity with an herbal tea tannin. Bright, lively, and lovely.

Nicholas Pearce - Crew Sauvage Chardonnay 2020

One word - WOW. We love this Chardonnay! I know, another Chardonnay, but don't let us lose your attention there. Sourced from the foothills of Mt Canobolas, these vineyards have soil rich in volcanic ash. This wine takes on a palate that is subtly rich, and refined, with great texture and minerality. Bright with nutty overtones, and a hint of salinity. Fun fact: winemaker Will Gilbert used to make wine with Hidden Bench in Ontario. 

Gilbert Chardonnay

A fan favourite skin contact from COS! Rami is a blend of 50% Grecanico and 50% Insolia. Fermented with wild yeasts in concrete tanks, this unusual skin contact offers intriguing aromas of dried Mediterranean herbs, salty almonds, citrus zest and wild flowers. The savoury, mineral-driven palate offers nectarine, apricot, dry hay, sage and baking spice while a honey note wraps around the finish. Light on its feet and super food friendly!

COS - Rami 

Sour ale with lactose, lemon, and key lime juice. Conditioned on a pile of fresh zest. Notes of key lime pie, lime zest, lime-ade.

Fairweather Beki

Gorgeous lightness and loads of character! Senza Vandalismi Bianco and its nose are full of fresh fruit and delicate floral notes. Savoury, saline, apricot, bruised apple, orange blossom, iron and lees note with a hint of dry vermouth. Opens up on the palate with notes of sweet apricot and peach and savoury salty notes on the finish. 

Abbia Nòva Senza Vandalismi Bianco Passerina 

Flashback to one of our very first Grape Crush events, I Tigli stole the show! We are so happy to have this available in the shop because it is an effortless beauty. Made from indigenous piedmontese varieties, Bussanello and Timorasso. The grapes are exposed to 10 days of skin-contact - not quite enough to make it an orange wine but adds some oomph to make this the ~perfect~ skin contact winter white. Tiny bit cloudy, great acidity, unreal texture. Aromas of lemon verbena, fresh gala apples and ginger with zippy mineral character on the palate, limes and pear.

Daniele Saccoletto - I Tigli Bianco 

If you are missing the sunshine on a Sunday afternoon in the South-West of France, this is what you need in your life! Reminiscent of sitting under a cherry tree with cheerful notes of red fruit, berries, and black pepper. On the palate the Mansois grape has smooth tannins, bright acidity, and a subtle spice. 

Mansois - Dimanche Sous un Cerisier

Another gem from Poderi Cellario. Working only with local, indigenous Piedmontese grape varieties, they fiercely defend the local winemaking traditions both in the vineyards and in the cellar. This pet-nat is a blend of Moscato and Favorita, with notes of apricot, tropical fruit, white peach, pear, grass, and a buttery finish. Semi-dry, crisp, and light, with some excellent acidity.
