With the quickest kiss of skin contact, there is only a subtle pale orange hue to this wine. Post-fermentation, the wine was aged in neutral French oak for three months to add an extra layer of depth and texture to the pallet. This wine is soft, round, and has the aromas of baked pear a touch of lemongrass, and early morning sun on dewy spring grass.
