Clarete is an ancient style of light red wines made from the co-fermentation of red and white grapes. Cherry Bomb is a co-ferment of 72% Chardonnay, 14% Merlot, and 14% Cabernet Franc, spending 21 days on its skins. In the glass, it is pure fresh cherry, candied rhubarb, and orange rind, with a hint of rose petal and green tea. Everything hits you (acids, tannins, flavours), and it’s so dang delicious. Almost like a super robust rosé, drink chilled or else!!!
