Trail Estate's Red Pét Nat is a fun blend of 40% Riesling, 37% Baco Noir and 23% Cabernet Franc. Its cool and slow natural fermentation maintained concentrated fruity aromatics of blackberries, cherries, strawberry and currants. Finishes with high acid, savoury spice and complexity — think beets (slightly meaty), cherry menthol, rosehip tea, tarragon and rosemary. Dazzling, electric, and lively. An ideal way to start your weekend!

Trail Estate Winery - Red Pét Nat

With 80% Muscat from the Glen Elgin Vineyard and 20% Riesling from Trail Estate Winery, Little Fluffy Clouds is an ethereal mix of gorgeous aromatic elderflower with a layer of lemon. This wine is light, fluffy, with a little spritz and oh so delicate, it leaves you floating on a cloud.

A Wild-ferment, Unfiltered and Unsulphured sparkling! 42% Geisenheim, 37% Chardonnay, 21% Gewürztraminer. Gewürztraminer and Geisenheim were hand harvested, destemmed and fermented on the skins for 10 days before pressing alongside the Chardonnay. Sweet aromatics of apple and nectarine with a light citrus core. Slightly carbonated, medium acidity and mildly tannic. Like all your dreams have come true and floated across to you on a bed of herbs and flowers.

This wine showcases uber-ripe tropical fruit aromatics of soft mango, tangy passion fruit, lemon and rose petal. On the palate medium acidity and a light fleeting spritz finish. If a dive in the pool doesn’t cool you down, maybe this wine will?

Discoteka is a high energy pét-nat that pays homage to nights spent grooving on the dance floor to the sweet, sweet sounds of disco. It's a ‘zero-zero’ wine, bottled without any adjustments and bottled unfiltered before the end of alcoholic fermentation. This old world style sparkling is 100% natural, nothing added, nothing removed and no added sulphur. Fresh and fruity with many citrus notes, apple blossom, bartlett pear, crisp grapefruit, tree fruits and honeydew melon. 

Adamo - Legacy Pét-Nat

Light and bright bubbles in a can- perfect to pop in your bag for a hike or a picnic! This dry sparkling white wine is balanced with flavours of lemon, pears, and green apple. Focused and fun, with a clean effervescent finish. 

Adamo - Flying Change

Nebulous (meaning in the form of a cloud or haze) is a beautiful and tantalizing 100% Pinot Noir pét-nat that is notoriously juicy and quaffable It's a ‘zero-add’ wine, bottled without any adjustments and bottled unfiltered before the end of alcoholic fermentation. A lightly sparkling and slightly hazy pink iridescent cloud known as Nebulous is the result. With notes of fresh cut watermelon and cranberries, it evolves beautifully in the glass with a lingering dry finish. Drink on a hot summer day!

This single-vineyard blend of Grenache, Syrah & Mourvedre offers a perfect combination of balance and power. Rich dark fruit and savoury roasted meat notes pop from the glass. The flavours are vibrant with a brooding symphony of red, blue and black fruit, peppery spice and a long, clean finish. Pair with hearty winter stews, grilled lamb chops or enjoy on its own in front of a cozy fire after a long day at work.

Domaine Frederic Brouca - Champs Pentus

Unfined, unfiltered, dry-farmed, organic, natural California Riesling. Now say that five more times in a row! Stirm's winemaking philosophy is quite simple. Whole cluster press everything, short periods of skin contact, avoid SO2 until fermentation has completed, let indigenous yeast do their thing, and fine/filter as minimally as possible. Dry, bright, zippy minerality, lush citrus fruit, floral, a tiny bit of petrol. Good structure and long-lasting finish. Don't snooze on this limited quantity beauty.

Stirm - Wirz Vineyard Riesling

This low intervention, whole cluster blend of Cinsault (70%) Syrah (30%) is a perfect example of one of the worlds most exciting wine regions. Like earthy Cru Beaujolais with a crunchy, juice driven freshness. A crazily drinkable natural Stellenbosch banger.

Pearce Predhomme - Cinsault/Syrah

If you like Champagne, but not the price tag then this is the wine for you. The quality from Domaine Baud is enough to fool you into thinking that you're drinking a fine champagne in a blind tasting. Filled with apple, citrus, brioche, nutty flavours with a dry finish. Alpine 'Champagne Method' bubbles at their finest. Cheers!

Domaine Baud Génération 9 - Crémant du Jura

Let this wine take you back to the beaches of Barcelona, because we can all use a vacation right now! This cava is vibrant and clean with dry and refreshing bubbles. Crisp green apples, lemon zest, slight hint of biscuit and almonds. On the palate it impresses from first to final sip with nuances of fresh quince, decorated with a tight freshness and lively perlage. The finish is soft and well balanced. A second glass is impossible to pass up! Bonus: also works perfectly in a morning mimosa!

A Rhône inspired trip through the berry patch with notes of berries, custard pie, and a touch of citrus. Complex and layered enough to stand up to food, this wine is also perfect for the patio, pool side and parties. We think it goes with just about every food and occasion. 

GreenLane Rosé 

Single Vineyard Pet Nat from the hands of one of Ontario's greatest boutique wineries. Fermented in bottle with lees, smells like a cross between a Lambic beer and a farm orchard of quince and and oranges. Cloudy, funky and crazily crushable without question!

Leaning Post - Petillant Naturel

This total knockout light organic and biodynamic red uses only indigenous yeast and no added sulphites. Made from 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Vermentino for added freshness. The process was started using whole bunch, cold carbonic maceration for the Grenache for 3 weeks. It was then aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. It is a red wine but almost looks like a rosé in the glass. Les Cliquets has a surprising depth of flavour and weight in the mouth for a light red. Serve chilled!

Opi d'Aquí - Les Cliquets 

The cellar has been making wine since 1923 in Luberon, in the heart of Provence. 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache this wine has big aromas, a little tannin with a fresh fruit finish. Easy everyday, perfect with grilled meat, lots of cheese.

Cave du Luberon - Alidon Rouge

New vintage, and it's even better! Ophelia is bright, refreshing and fun! Piquette, or “little wine” is easy drinking, low in alcohol, where the juice sits on skins to macerate and ferment for up to two weeks.  For this vintage, merlot, syrah and cabernet franc skins were pressed. Slightly effervescent with notes of cranberry, sour watermelon candy, strawberry, and citrus. It's perfect for any occasion, and low ABV for an easy drinking treat.

Traynor Family - Ophelia Piquette

This versatile wine is a blend of 40% oak and 60% stainless steel fermented fruit. This food friendly crowd pleaser has notes of pear, tropical fruit and spice enhanced by a backbone of acidity.

GreenLane Chardonnay

This sumptuous blend includes the indigenous variety Moristel, reclaimed by the winery from extinction. This variety adds nice acidy and spice to the wine. Ripe fruit, but sprinkled with good acidity due to the relative altitude in the foothills of the Pyrenees. 3404 is the highest peak in meters. Try saying it in Spanish while savouring this wine: "Tresmilcuatrocientoscuatro."

Bodega Pirineos - 3404

This Chenin Blanc is a wild ferment, meaning that the fermentation started with the grapes' own natural yeasts. On the nose, it has fresh aromas of under-ripe stone fruit, tangerine, with firm minerality. This is a texture-driven wine, with an almost grippy finish. The acid is perfectly balanced with the weight, giving the impression of heft without the additives. A naked and true representation of South African Chenin Blanc.

100% Moscatel and brutally delicious. Fermentation begins in stainless steel and is finished in bottle, giving this pet nat gorgeous little bubbles and a perfect creaminess. Aromas of elderflowers, gooseberry, melon, and pineapple with hints of tropical fruits, apples, and honeyed citrus. Pure pleasure, this super-aromatic gem is part of the international winemaker series BRUTAL!! for those serious natural wine junkies.

Cueva - Ancestral Moscatel Brutal

Iconic Austrian producer shows what Blaufränkisch is like when made naturally: medium bodied, vibrant and veritably moreish. Bramble and milk chocolate on the nose followed by concentrated bright cherries on the palate. Full of character with a slight earthy funk. It's a fresh and juicy wine with a medium body and ample acidity that you'll want to keep pouring.

Meinklang - Blaufränkisch

This unique amber-hued beauty is acidic and balanced, with notes of dried apricot. 50% Trebbiano, 50% Malvasia, fermented in stainless for 10 days on skins, with manual punch downs. It was then moved into one new 500L French oak barrel for 9 months, then bottled in the summer. The nose is fresh, with subtle herbs. On the palate, elegant mineral and dried apricot are held firmly by a slightly tannic finish. 

Le Ragnaie - Vino Bianco 

The most fresh and fascinating Nero d'Avola in town! With a spicy and lively saline character, this wine truly represents the intriguing Sicilian terroir where it is produced. Its bouquet shows scents of mulberries and raspberries with a touch of light spices. On the palate it is fragrant and full, with soft velvety tannins that shape a vibrant, Mediterranean personality.

All you need is ice. This is the perfect vermouth on the rocks or the magic ingredient to add finesse to any of your favourite cocktails. Hints of herbs, spice, cola, bubble gum, cedar, and liquorice. And, it's a litre! Need we say more?

Casa Mariol - Vermut Negre (1L)

This indigenous red is grown on a co-op in Northern Spain and is a hidden gem for versatility. A bright, ruby-red in colour. On the nose scents of black cherry, cola, plum, and white chocolate. On the palate, the wine is smooth and velvety in texture with pronounced tart acidity, subtle spice, and youthful freshness. We suggest a slight chill on this unique light red.

Traynor Family - Haberdasher

Very juicy and light! This wine is glou glou with a touch of funk. Like a true Gamay Nouveau, this wine is stainless steel fermented without aging and goes through carbonic maceration. A youthful, dry and well balanced red that is oh-so-smooth. On the palate you will find ripe blueberry, red currants, raspberry, and a slight black forest cake, with light spice notes and cocoa bean follow. Drink chilled!

Adamo - Gamay Nouveau

Nat'Cool Vinho Verde Niepoort, 1 litre bottle, natural wine, light, citrus, pettillant, cloudy, pithy, delicious! A blend of Arinto, Loureiro, and other Portuguese varieties, this fun white is a crowd pleaser. The appearance is very lemonade like, the aromas are a little wild but mainly citrus fruits, crunchy apples and yeast abound. The palate is medium acid, fresh, fruity, with a slightly tart, clean and refreshing taste.

Channing Daughters - Rosso Fresco

Super crisp, super refreshing, super gluggable. Aromas of apple, lemon, hay, white flowers and chalky minerality. Lemon, candied ginger, pear, melon, apple and a trace of mandarin orange are glossed by bright acidity and light fizz. Creamy texture compliments lemon zest, honey, white flowers and a trace of pineapple on the zippy, mineral driven finish. 

Poderi Cellario - È Bianco! (1L)

Fresh and fruity, with hints of white flowers and a surprisingly mineral sensation given by the Mediterranean breeze and the terroir close to the lagoon of Venice. Notes of ripe pear, apples, and citrus. Light and bright and a perfect match for any light summer fare.

Domini del Leone - Rosso IGT

Reynard Rebels takes its name from the town of Chateaurenard where the grapes come from, and "rebels" because they were initially intended for the cooperative but saved by the Milan Estate. Expect a funky Merlot and Carignan blend with lots of fruity raspberry notes and classic Carignan spices. Juicy and chillable, it's a super food-driven summer sipper that will go down as quick as a fox.

Foradori - Lezèr

A beautiful, delicate skin-contact wine from the Monferrato region in northern Italy. Favorita grapes are wild-fermented partly in amphora and partly in stainless steel, and left to macerate on their skins for 150 days. With a lovely light golden hue, this wine shimmers with notes of jasmine flowers, pomelo rind, and a spritz of tangerine. Just lovely. 

Tenuta Foresta - Monferrato Bianco

An unoaked chardonnay that perfectly balances a smooth mid-palate, a light creaminess and crisp acidity. Sourced from vines approaching 30 years of age. Notes of ripe apple, lime, melon, and lingering layers of tropical fruit on the finish. What a stunner!

Adamo - Sogno Unoaked Chardonnay

Unique for the Southern Rhone, this is 100% Syrah with lots of depth for a modest price. Chateau Saint Cosme is a family-owned winery that have been making wine since 1570! This wine is a classic Rhone Syrah with aromas of black pepper, violets, sandalwood, olives and black berries. So, so delightful! We're obsessed.

Saint Cosme - Côtes-du-Rhône

Delinquente Wine Co makes the natural wine of our dreams! The nose is beautifully clean, bright citrus mixed with bready, almost croissant-like aromas. Intense tropical fruits burst through the glass with a bright saline minerality, and savoury herbaceous aromas. The persistent fizz keeps everything in the fun territory for a casual evening at home or a fancy celebration.

Delinquente - Tuff Nut Pet Nat

From a family-owned winery that was started in the 1960s, these beautiful bubbles are made with the utmost care and attention. Mostly Chardonnay, this wine is a light straw colour, with toasty brioche notes, plenty of freshness and fine bubbles. A classy aperitif and a great alternative to Champagne.

Rinaldini - Bianco Brut

Lambrusco is the quintessential sparkling aperitivo of the Emilia Romagna area of Italy and a great pre-dinner start to every occasion. This Lambrusco is vibrant, fresh with a kiss of sweetness and a wonderful tart finish.

Scarpetta Frico Lambrusco 

The Corbières Rouge is made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. This is a wine with enormous character often showing rustic balanced with a vivacious wild berry symphony of aromas and flavours. On the palate, dark fruit, with tons of violets, leather, spice, and great acidity. This wine is aged entirely in tank without exposure to barrel aging. The severe weather conditions in Corbières and a terroir composed of rocky limestone terraces, result in yields which are naturally low with limited production. 

Domaine Faillenc - Sainte Marie Corbières

With dark, brambly fruit, cracking acidity and rustic tannins, Roko il Vagabondo is a gutsy wine, full of life, love, and plenty of stories to tell. The thick skins provides a lovely, dark purple colour, and while the nose gives a feeling of power and intensity, the palate opens with a lovely, puckering fruit character, like a basket of freshly picked mixed berries. The finish brings that tannin and those grippy, savoury elements back into play, while the piercing acidity keeps the freshness and length going. 

Delinquente - Roko il Vagabondo Montepulciano

One of Traynor's most popular wines, their classic Pinot Noir is the perfect wine for the transition into winter! A little earthy with notes of mushroom, dried leaf, ripe strawberries and a hint of sweet tobacco on the nose. Medium-bodied, slightly tart and softly tannic with a pallet that finishes and lingers with dark cherry.

Traynor Family - Pinot Noir 

From a worker’s co-op in Abruzzo, Italy, this is an ancestral method pet nat! Delicate pink, cloudy, and aromatic! Aromas and flavours of strawberry, ripe pear, and apple. Lees contact creates complexity and intense aromatics, with a nicely dry finish. 

Lunaria Orsogna - Ramoro Pet Nat

Carimou is ruby ​​red wine from La Sorga, a pioneer of natural wine based out of the south of France. On the nose it tastes of red fruit, berries, sour cherries, dark chocolate, and sweet spices. On the palate it is fine and complex, with a fresh, vibrant acidity!

Bacchus is a red wine blend with equal parts Montepulciano and Sangiovese. The vines are carefully grown on the hills of Le Marche 300 meters above sea level.  It has intense and ethereal aromatics and on the palate exhibits notes of raspberry, cherry, liquorice, savoury notes and mint on the finish.  You'll find its medium bodied, dense, and pure expression of fruit quite charming. 

Ciù Ciù - Piceno Bacchus

A frank and expressive aromatic profile full of freshness and floral notes. It showcases the character of the Baga grape variety and Bairrada region superbly, with beautiful aromas of strawberries, dried roses and some spice. An incredibly light and accessible wine which just begs to be enjoyed chilled. Naturally cool, and funky, NAT’Cool! Tinto is a superstar at Grape Crush.

We love the E Rosso! Another natural gem from Poderi Cellario. A vibrant violet colour with a palate full of berries and cherries, a touch of spice, and soft tannins. Beautiful, layered, and super easy drinking! The fastest litre you'll ever drink. 

Poderi Cellario - È Rosso! (1L)

Federico is back and fresher than ever! With stainless steel fermentation, this wine is packed with a lively red fruit character. With a bright red colour, the nose is rich with red-orange citrus fruit accompanied by grassy and herbaceous notes and a hint of violets and pepper. On the palate it is savoury, vibrant, with a persistent tannin, and a touch of liquorice on the finish. Overall it is a a fresh, fruity, and fun easy drinking red. 

Pandolfa - 'Federico' Sangiovese

A chardonnay like no other. Grown on brown clay and limestone soils, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and then allowed to rest on their lees for 3 months before bottling to retain the fresh fruit character but add body and complexity to the palate. On the nose, you will find great intensity of aromas from apple to white flowers. On the palate, the wine is well balanced, ripe and succulent, with subtle flavours of nectarine and a soft mineral character.

Pandolfa - Battista Chardonnay

Cabernet Franc/Gamay/Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Petit Verdot

This unique red wine is juicy, rich and ripe. There are jammy flavours of both red and black fruits from the Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir that are complimented by the depth, tannin and dark berry structure of the Cabernets and oak aging. This medium-bodied red wine is polished, smooth, opulent, round and full of intensity. Flavours of raspberry and blackberry dance on the palate with cocoa and spice. 

Adamo - Estate Red

100+ year old ungrafted and organic Listan Negro is splashed with 10% Castellana Negra in this singular wine, showcasing Tenerife's volcanic soils and altitude. Nine months of aging in concrete and neutral French oak has well-framed this lighter red, layered with grapefruit, juicy plum, anise, tobacco and a gentle dusting of pink peppercorns that linger on the saline finish. Firm tannins leave an impression of finesse and grace. Inherently confident, and drinking beautifully now. Allow a wave of youthful reduction to blow off before enjoying.

Damigella is a funky sparkling trebbiano blend from one of our favourite producers from Emilia Romagna. Driven with vibrant notes of lemon juice and lime zest, with a fine mousse and smooth papple (apple and pear hybrid obviously) on the finish. A lovely wine for pet-nat and cider lovers!

Podere Cervarola - Damigella

Definition "winter white", and we're not mad about it. An expressive and unique white wine with loads of peach, pear, stone fruit notes, and a touch of petrol. Made from 100% organically farmed Mauzac (we had to look it up too). Champêtre is aged in tank on its fine lees to preserve freshness and fruit flavours. Unfiltered, unfined, unfussed and beautiful.

Domaine Laurent Cazottes - Champêtre Blanc

Antica Enotria makes natural, dry, crunchy, refreshing red - totally the opposite of what Puglia is famous for - which is awesome! Deep ruby red colour and violet nuances with a characteristic bouquet of cherries and earthy forest berries. On the palate this wine is soft, dry, medium bodied, with nice light tannins and a good freshness. Perfect for any season.

Antica Enotria - Puglia Rosso 

Did someone say Champagne? Champagne Lelarge-Pugeot is a boutique, organic grower based in Vrigny, a Premier Cru village situated in Montagne de Reims. The Lelarge family has been making wine since 1789. The Tradition is ripe and creamy with a great depth of flavour. Notes of fresh apple, ripe pear, tangy citrus zest, dried apricots and toast. The texture is tight with a good streak of minerality for a crisp aftertaste. Cheers!

Lelarge-Pugeot - Tradition Extra Brut Champagne Premier Cru

Backhouse wines originate from select vineyards located in California’s acclaimed Northern Interior, Sacramento Delta and Central Coast winegrowing regions. A fruit-forward Pinot Noir that is soft and elegant with crimson color and flavours of plump red berries and dark cherry on the palate. 

Backhouse - Pinot Noir

Tuscany has had a love affair with the Sangiovese based blends for centuries. While Sangiovese is planted all over central Italy, it reaches its highest highs in Tuscany. Frico Rosso is based on a blend of Sangiovese and small amounts of the indigenous grapes Canialolo, Ciliegiolo, and Colorino. This is the perfect balance of crisp tart cherry and berries and wonderful dried herbal and fruit notes. Frico Rosso is the perfect match for your next charcuterie night at home.

Scarpetta - Frico Rosso Toscana

Another rose Lambrusco to crush over! A pale, delicate and fragrant dry Lambrusco which defies all expectations. Intense aromas of strawberry, violet and red berry that lifts out of the glass. On the lightly sparkling palate, crisp acidity lifts tart sour cherry, juicy strawberry and a hint of orange zest before a dry refreshing close. 

Cantina di Soliera - Lambrusco Di Sorbara

The rolling hills between scattered medieval towns and villages of Gascony are predominately white wine country. It was here that Boutinot was drawn to source his white wines from the locally grown Colombard and Ugni Blanc grape varieties. Characters of crisp green fruit on the palate and lively acidity, it is quite dry but exuberantly fruity with a clean finish. A very pretty nose with notes of basil, freshly cut green grass and guavas. The creamy palate continues with more green fruits and flowers; figs and tobacco flowers.

Cuvée Jean-Paul - Blanc de Blancs Demi 

The Grenache and Syrah grapes selected from the Southern Rhone of France and when blended together, produce a wine that is both elegant and flavourful. Bright aromas of raspberry leaf, notes of herbs and spices like clove and lightly ground pepper. With your first sip, you'll find nice red fruits such as raspberry, currant and just under ripe cherry. This medium bodied wine is effortless to drink!

Cuvée Jean-Paul - Vaucluse Cuvee Rouge

A wine of unique pleasure, with a delicate bouquet and bubble that caresses the palate. Fruity, green apple, pear, floral notes and hints of wisteria and vanilla flowers. A beautiful well balanced wine, nice mousse, very fresh, and lively. Dry and elegant finish. 

Mosole - Millesimato Prosecco

A true Niagara wine focused on a blend of organic, biodynamic and sustainably farmed vineyards throughout the Peninsula. With low yields and great quality, the Crew Sauvage brings a remarkable balance of concentration and weight, while remaining fresh and lifted. Expect gorgeous orchard fruits, apple and peach on the nose with notes of marine, hazelnut, lemon custard, and blonde caramel essence. This elegant wine offers a lovely texture on the palate, rich and round with biscuits and cream, while boasting a lip-smacking acidity with an herbal tea tannin. Bright, lively, and lovely.

Nicholas Pearce - Crew Sauvage Chardonnay

Gorgeous lightness and loads of character! Senza Vandalismi Bianco and its nose are full of fresh fruit and delicate floral notes. Savoury, saline, apricot, bruised apple, orange blossom, iron and lees note with a hint of dry vermouth. Opens up on the palate with notes of sweet apricot and peach and savoury salty notes on the finish. 

Costa Graia - Abbia Nòva Passerina del Frusinate

If you are missing the sunshine on a Sunday afternoon in the South-West of France, this is what you need in your life! Reminiscent of sitting under a cherry tree with cheerful notes of red fruit, berries, and black pepper. On the palate the Mansois grape has subtle tannins, bright acidity, and a subtle spice. Very light and chill-able. 

Domaine Laurens - Comme un Dimanche Sous un Cerisier Mansois sans sulfites

Prieto Picudo is the rare red Spanish grape variety that makes up this powerful rosé from Tierra de León. A fresh nose of raspberry, herbs, citrus and red rose petals jump out the glass, and its deceptive complexity on the palate makes it a rosé to think about while basking in the sun. 

Pardevalles - Rosado 

Nascetta, Moscato Bianco, Incrocio, Manzoni

A refreshing and elegant orange wine that is jam-packed with fresh citrusy aromas. Obtained with maceration of about 5 days, with spontaneous fermentation. The maceration gives it a long and slightly tannic finish. Very juicy, well-balanced, and so smooth. Orange you glad it's available in a litre format? We are! 

Poderi Cellario - È Orange! (1L) 

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to try a Croatian wine! This fresh white wine is made from the Graševina grape (also known as Welschriesling, no relation to Riesling). It has delicate aromatics of white peach and jasmine. On the palate, Graševina delivers zesty citrus peel, yellow apple with a dash of white pepper up front, then transitioning into stony mineral flavours on the mid-palate and finish. The acidity is bright and the mouthfeel is luscious with a fresh and lingering finish.

How mesmerizing is the shade on this skin-contact Pinot Grigio? The coppery colour gives this style of wine its name: Ramato, from the word for copper in Italian. The prolonged maceration on its skins also gives this wine significant body, along with interesting notes of red apple, tangerine peel, and a saline minerality.

Red wine doesn’t get more convenient and cute than this can! This medium-bodied red blend is a party of Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Cabernets. It’s filled with jammy red and black fruit flavours complemented by toasty oak and spice. We recommend drinking this one at room temperature- on its own or paired with a picnic charcuterie board.

This minimum intervention white from Sicily is wonderfully aromatic and mineral-driven. Grillo grapes make a wine with a nose of white grapes, with a hint of green tea and herbs. A highly drinkable fresh white with an undercurrent of minerality- perfect to pair with fish tacos and a tangy slaw.

This juicy and vibrant Nero d’Avola from Sicily is a lighter, more aromatic expression of a grape that is typically made into huge, bold wines.
