Whole cluster press everything, short periods of skin contact, avoid SO2 until fermentation has completed, let indigenous yeast do their thing, and fine/filter as minimally as possible. Dry, bright, zippy minerality, lush citrus fruit, floral, a tiny bit of petrol. Good structure and long-lasting finish. Don't snooze on this limited quantity beauty.
