A white table wine from our favourite California winemaker, Stirm! The blend is mostly Riesling (88%) with small amounts of the super aromatic German grape Scheurebe (6%) and Chardonnay (6%). The Chardonnay is direct press but Riesling and Scheurebe get 24 hours of whole cluster maceration to maximize their aromatics! The result is a bone dry wine that is bursting with white flowers, balanced by green apple acid, juicy pear, a touch of petrol, and an intensely zippy minerality. The perfect wine to transport you through spring into summer.
