Out of the fire comes the sparkles! 2020 was a bad year for fires in Napa, CA but Slow Dance Wines saved the fruit by making this light and fizzy Cab Sauv pet nat, with no smoke taint. Bright and acidic, with fruity notes of nectarine and a slight funk, this pet nat is perfect for the cool fall air.

Let this wine take you back to the beaches of Barcelona, because we can all use a vacation right now! This cava is vibrant and clean with dry and refreshing bubbles. Crisp green apples, lemon zest, slight hint of biscuit and almonds. On the palate it impresses from first to final sip with nuances of fresh quince, decorated with a tight freshness and lively perlage. The finish is soft and well balanced. Podere Cervarola - La Rondinina Lambrusco 

100% Sauvignon Blanc bottle-fermented in the 'pétillant naturel' style, farmed organically, estate grown and vinified by winemaker and viticulturist Hayden Penny. The block has an excellent history of organic farming since first plantings in 1989. Notes of rhubarb crumble, green apple, and rosemary aromas followed by a soft and creamy lemon curd, ginger, honey, and malt biscuit palate finishing with preserved lemon and mineral notes.

GreenLane Rosé 

Family vineyard acquired in 2011 by Lavau brothers. Domaine de Carmignan covers 30 hectares on the right bank of the Rhône. Juicy and well structured red wine from Southern Rhône. Delectable on the palate with loads of fruit, a hint of sweet drops over a lovely structure, underpinned by lovely strong tannin.

Domaine de Carmignan - Côtes-du-Rhône

This wine arises from Spanish blend of Monastrell and Syrah grapes. Aged for twelve months in oak barrels. This super elegant wine is unique, and complex. On the nose, it is fresh with intense aromas of red fruits, jam, cherries and plums. Waves of liquorice, new leather, vanilla, and coffee. On the palate, the fruit blends perfectly with oak for a velvety lush finish. 

Casa Los Frailes - Bilogia 

Founded in 1970 by Natalino Bartolomei and Anna Maria Iobbi, the estate’s 130 hectares of vineyards are situated a few kilometers from the legendary medieval town of Offida. Today, brothers Massimiliano and Walter Bartolomei continue their father Natalino’s vision of organic, fresh wines. Oris is a blend of Trebbiano, Pecorino, and Passerina, grown in the towns of Offida and Acquaviva Picena, in Ascoli Piceno province at 300m. This was native fermented in stainless, and left to settle for 4 months. Brilliant, pale yellow with green hues, this wine has an enticing tropical fruit driven nose, with notes of honeysuckle, lychee, peach pit, spearmint, fresh almonds and a touch of white pepper.

Ciù Ciù - Oris 

This wine is a nod to the old tradition that made Trebbiano a compulsory component of any Chianti blend. Almost entirely Sangiovese with just a touch of Trebbiano, Alberese is such a delicious, simple and easy drinking wine that it could go with just about anything. The perfect wine to have on the rack when friends turn up unexpectedly!

Fattoria di Sammontana - Alberese

Naturally fermented on skins for 17 days, energetic, low abv. and delicious! Born from a partnership that started on Lighthall Road between Vigneron Glenn Symons & Négociant Nicholas Pearce, the 'First Contact' was created during the 2019 harvest. Deep straw gold in colour with punchy aromatics of fresh fermentation; green tea, Meyer lemon, tangerine, hops, olive brine & salted almonds. Truly energetic and fresh with notes reminiscent of a delicious Weiss Beer. On the palate, it has a great tannic structure, lovely acidity and beautiful balance.

It's back and we're obsessed! Skin fermented, grown on the sunny coast of Sicily, Marilena Barbera makes some of Italy's most exciting natural wines. Tastes like fresh, salty ocean mist, pineapple and rainbows. Rich and acidic with fun minerality. Smells like fresh apricots, chamomile, thyme and bosc pears. 

Cantina Barbera - Tivitti Inzolia

The cellar has been making wine since 1923 in Luberon, in the heart of Provence. 70% Syrah, 30% Grenache this wine has big aromas, a little tannin with a fresh fruit finish. Easy everyday, perfect with grilled meat, lots of cheese.

Caves du Luberon - Alidon Rouge

A classic Provence rosé with notes of grapefruit, mandarin, and lemon dominating. Blend of Shiraz/Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Clairette. The palate gives way to light red fruit and a silky finish.

Elora Borealis is a lightly malted pale ale that is bittered, flavoured, and dry-hopped exclusively with Citra Hops. A bright, floral nose gives way to crisp, light malt flavours and finishes with several citrus notes.

New vintage, and it's even better! Ophelia is bright, refreshing and fun! Piquette, or “little wine” is easy drinking, low in alcohol, where the juice sits on skins to macerate and ferment for up to two weeks.  For this vintage, merlot, syrah and cabernet franc skins were pressed. Slightly effervescent with notes of cranberry, sour watermelon candy, strawberry, and citrus. It's perfect for any occasion, and low ABV for an easy drinking treat.

Traynor Family - Ophelia Piquette

This versatile wine is a blend of 40% oak and 60% stainless steel fermented fruit. This food friendly crowd pleaser has notes of pear, tropical fruit and spice enhanced by a backbone of acidity.

GreenLane Chardonnay

This sumptuous blend includes the indigenous variety Moristel, reclaimed by the winery from extinction. This variety adds nice acidy and spice to the wine. Ripe fruit, but sprinkled with good acidity due to the relative altitude in the foothills of the Pyrenees. 3404 is the highest peak in meters. Try saying it in Spanish while savouring this wine: "Tresmilcuatrocientoscuatro."

Pirineos - 3404

This Chenin Blanc is a wild ferment, meaning that the fermentation started with the grapes' own natural yeasts. On the nose, it has fresh aromas of under-ripe stone fruit, tangerine, with firm minerality. This is a texture-driven wine, with an almost grippy finish. The acid is perfectly balanced with the weight, giving the impression of heft without the additives. A naked and true representation of South African Chenin Blanc.

Pearce Predhomme - Chenin Blanc

Iconic Austrian producer shows what Blaufränkisch is like when made naturally: medium bodied, vibrant and veritably moreish. Bramble and milk chocolate on the nose followed by concentrated bright cherries on the palate. Full of character with a slight earthy funk. It's a fresh and juicy wine with a medium body and ample acidity that you'll want to keep pouring.

Meinklang - Blaufränkisch

Dimitrios Kioutsoukis and his family decided to give up city life to be more connected to nature, moving to Thessaloniki and planting 11 ha of organically farmed vines. All of their wines are low intervention, with native ferment, no sulphur additions and bottling without fining or filtration. From sandy clay schists, at 140m altitude, this xinomavro was native fermented and aged for one year in older barrels. Intense and warming black liquorice, cassis, anise, fills the fresh palate, neatly packaged in 13.5 degrees, and housed with lightly dusty tannins. Lovely fresher view of xino.

Kamara - Shadow Play 

This unique amber-hued beauty is acidic and balanced, with notes of dried apricot. 50% Trebbiano, 50% Malvasia, fermented in stainless for 10 days on skins, with manual punch downs. It was then moved into one new 500L French oak barrel for 9 months, then bottled in the summer. The nose is fresh, with subtle herbs. On the palate, elegant mineral and dried apricot are held firmly by a slightly tannic finish. 

Le Ragnaie - Vino Bianco 

This Olasrizling is complex, with lovely aromas of white flesh peach with hints of white pepper and some smoky tones. Rich and layered on the palate with nice minerality and zippy acidity. Sip it as an aperitif or pair it with anything fried or smoked.

Gilvesy Martinus Tohely Olaszrizling

Clean, brilliant, and lively! Straw yellow with a golden iridescence. On the nose, you can find delicate aromas of fresh grass and an intense fruit medley of peach, pear, and apple blossom. On the palate you'll find an intense yet well-balanced tropical freshness with a long dry citrus finish.

Castillo de La Mota - Verdejo

The much-beloved Roselana is finally back! The 2020 vintage is a completely dry and vinous rosé - just like all its predecessors. A wine of sensual refinement and romance, yet bold and glamorousIt's a wine that glides and vibrates, carrying intricate details in both its freshness and its power. Dark in colour, it has some serious bones and can easily take the place of a light red. Explosively aromatic and very easy-drinking.

Pearl Morissette - Cuvée Roselana

All you need is ice. This is the perfect vermouth on the rocks or the magic ingredient to add finesse to any of your favourite cocktails. Hints of herbs, spice, cola, bubble gum, cedar, and liquorice. And, it's a litre! Need we say more?

Casa Mariol - Vermut Negre (1L)

The first and original Dutch Vermouth, sourced from the herbs and spices from Amsterdam's Botanical Gardens. A full flavoured botanical sweet vermouth. 24 hand-picked botanicals, including pine tops, wild thyme and cherry stems infused in a Spanish quality wine, having aged for years on oak barrels. Aromas of fig, mixed dried fruit and touches of warm spices. Sweet noted on the palate slide away to a smooth dry finish with a glimmer of spicy bitterness. 

Willem's Wermoed - Original Sweet

Herbs and spices from Amsterdam's Botanical Garden, this dry vermouth is a great mixer with subtle green hints and lemongrass with a long finish.

Willem's Wermoed - Dutch Dry

This indigenous red is grown on a co-op in Northern Spain and is a hidden gem for versatility. A bright, ruby-red in colour. On the nose scents of black cherry, cola, plum, and white chocolate. On the palate, the wine is smooth and velvety in texture with pronounced tart acidity, subtle spice, and youthful freshness. We suggest a slight chill on this unique light red.

Bodegas Pirineos - Principio Moristel

Intense aroma of fruit and blossoms, fresh and spicy and at the same time complex and round, mouth-filling, with lively acidity. Its structure makes it a wonderful representative of a Grüner Veltliner from Kamptal.

Loimer - Grüner Veltliner

Beaujo Blanc! Absolutely superb wine from the sunny south of Beaujolais. The soils have veins of granite striking throughout and provides this Chardonnay with lightning bolts of pleasure. Persistent golden apple, racy minerality, super-fresh acidity, and sunshine!

20,000 Leguas

Is it pink? Is it orange? It's both! Skin-contact Pinot Grigio often comes out like a rosé because the grapes are a pink-grey colour. This is a soft and fruity, super easy patio wine with ripe strawberry and vanilla tones.

Traynor Family - Haberdasher

This Kirby Vineyard Rosé is made from 100% Gamay Noir from the Kirby Vineyard in the Niagara Lakeshore sub-appellation. Hand harvested, de-stemmed, and skin soaked for 10 hours. Dry and refreshing with a light mouthfeel and bright acidity, this rosé is conveniently packaged in an eco-friendly and recyclable wine pouch. Similar to the aromas, the palate is full of red fruits including sour cherries, watermelon, rhubarb, pink grapefruit, and a hint of cotton candy. This is your perfect summer sipper.

Adamo Kirby Gamay Rosé (1.5L)

Oregon Pinot Noir is some of the worlds most exciting expressions of the 'heartbreak' grape. Grown on ancient volcanic soils in the Willamette Valley, this is pure unoaked Pinot Noir. Channing Daughters - Rosso Fresco

Super crisp, super refreshing, super gluggable. Aromas of apple, lemon, hay, white flowers and chalky minerality. Lemon, candied ginger, pear, melon, apple and a trace of mandarin orange are glossed by bright acidity and light fizz. Creamy texture compliments lemon zest, honey, white flowers and a trace of pineapple on the zippy, mineral driven finish. 

Poderi Cellario - È Bianco! (1L)

A unique wild fermented Vermentino. Beautiful texture with 6 weeks spent on lees. Super bright, upfront acidity – lemon lime tang – is what pops from the glass, instantly putting you in the thirst quenching zone. The mid-palate is where the texture and length comes in, nashi pear and green apple pops against orange peel breadth and juicy, creamy mouthfeel. The acid line cleans up the back end, highlighting the classic Vermentino hit of sea spray and the lovely briney savouriness giving a beautiful long finish to the wine. Crunchy and aromatic, it is the perfect thirst quenching white.

Delinquente - Screaming Betty

An organic wine Rosso Nero d'Avola DOC Sicily produced in North-Western Sicily, a vineyard of Gagliardetta. Very soft on the palate, delicate with notes of black cherry developed by an evolved tannin. A persistent aftertaste with permanent aromatic notes of black pepper. Ruby red colour, with an intense fragrance of black currant and ripe plums combined with a soft note of balsamic, herbs and spices.

Terre Di Bruca - Quaranta

Beautiful, classic white wine with excellent body and structure. This 2016 vintage has aged and developed into something very special. Pronounced minerality and complex nose, intense warm aromas, and notes of apples, pears and flint. 

Tenuta Montemagno - Solis Vis

Fresh and fruity, with hints of white flowers and a surprisingly mineral sensation given by the Mediterrean breeze and the terroir close to the lagoon of Venice. Notes of ripe pear, apples, and citrus. Light and bright and a perfect match for any light summer fare.

Foradori - Lezèr

A fantastic textured Mediterranean white, beautifully rich, and aromatic. In DO Terra Alta, Josep grows Garnacha Blanca from several plots around the village of Gandesa, in the locale known as Aucalà. The landscape here is dominated by Mediterranean pine. The wine features lovely fruit- juicy and fine in the cut green apple and green melon. The palate is textured, creamy, and savoury without cloying. It’s waxy and deep with nice lift and a wonderful, textural acid line showing off the fresh chalky-mineral soil.

Is it irony that Valencia is known for its oranges? Well, it should be known for its orange wines. This natural beauty is everything you want from this style with notes of honeysuckle, pear, and oranges. Light, bright, tangy, easy-drinking, and juicy!

Cueva - Orange

A traditional dry gin infused with cherries and botanicals and then lightly sweetened. Excellent as an aperitif or in cocktails. 

Dillon's Cherry Gin

A beautiful, delicate skin-contact wine from the Monferrato region in northern Italy. Favorita grapes are wild-fermented partly in amphora and partly in stainless steel, and left to macerate on their skins for 150 days. With a lovely light golden hue, this wine shimmers with notes of jasmine flowers, pomelo rind, and a spritz of tangerine. Just lovely. 

Tenuta Foresta - Monferrato Bianco

A complex and unique wine representing the territorial varietal, Tai (a.k.a. Tocai Friulano). With a strong personality, the aroma dominates the nose and the palate satisfies like few other wines. White wine with a straw yellow colour. It has a full aroma with notes of white fleshed fruit, plum, green almond and white flowers. Decisive in the mouth with a beautiful balance of fruit, acidity and weight. A must try!

Mosole Tai

An unoaked chardonnay that perfectly balances a smooth mid-palate, a light creaminess and crisp acidity. Sourced from vines approaching 30 years of age. Notes of ripe apple, lime, melon, and lingering layers of tropical fruit on the finish. What a stunner!

Adamo Sogno Chardonnay

Unique for the Southern Rhone, this is 100% Syrah with lots of depth for a modest price. Chateau Saint Cosme is a family-owned winery that have been making wine since 1570! This wine is a classic Rhone Syrah with aromas of black pepper, violets, sandalwood, olives and black berries. So, so delightful! We're obsessed.

Saint Cosme - Côtes-du-Rhône

The 2021 Rosato brings back all the elements that make this wine such a favourite, lush strawberries and cream on the nose; super refreshing raspberry and rose water on the front palate. After crushing, the fruit was left to soak on skins for 6 hours, giving the wine a lovely blush pink colour. The savoury notes that are really shining through on this wine and continue to impress – herbaceous, acid driven and moreish to keep it all working together. It’s everything we want to see in a rosé, and about as smashable as it gets.

Delinquente - Pretty Boy Rosato

Baga grapes are handpicked from vineyards across Bairrada to produce a more complex wine. Fully destemmed, and fermented and raised entirely in tank with a very gentle extraction. This medium-bodied red is fresh and vibrant, with wild red fruit and plums and subtle spice. We recommend aerating this wine well (an aggressive swirl will do!) to allow the initial reductive notes to blow off.

Filipa Pato - "Dinamica" Baga

Lambrusco is the quintessential sparkling aperitivo of the Emilia Romagna area of Italy and a great pre-dinner start to every occasion. This Lambrusco is vibrant, fresh with a kiss of sweetness and a wonderful tart finish.

Scarpetta Frico Lambrusco 

With dark, brambly fruit, cracking acidity and rustic tannins, Roko il Vagabondo is a gutsy wine, full of life, love, and plenty of stories to tell. The thick skins provides a lovely, dark purple colour, and while the nose gives a feeling of power and intensity, the palate opens with a lovely, puckering fruit character, like a basket of freshly picked mixed berries. The finish brings that tannin and those grippy, savoury elements back into play, while the piercing acidity keeps the freshness and length going. 

Delinquente - Roko il Vagabondo Montepulciano

One of Traynor's most popular wines, their classic Pinot Noir is the perfect wine for the transition into winter! A little earthy with notes of mushroom, dried leaf, ripe strawberries and a hint of sweet tobacco on the nose. Medium-bodied, slightly tart and softly tannic with a pallet that finishes and lingers with dark cherry.

Traynor Family - Pinot Noir 

La Sorga is one of the pioneers of natural wines and the Brutal movement based in the south of France. 60 yr old vine Cinsault grown on slate soils, whole cluster fermented in stainless steel. Elegant smashed red fruits, black olives and lavendar. Crunchy acids, best served chilled!

Carimou is ruby ​​red wine from La Sorga, a pioneer of natural wine based out of the south of France. On the nose it tastes of red fruit, berries, sour cherries, dark chocolate, and sweet spices. On the palate it is fine and complex, with a fresh, vibrant acidity!

La Sorga Carimou

A frank and expressive aromatic profile full of freshness and floral notes. It showcases the character of the Baga grape variety and Bairrada region superbly, with beautiful aromas of strawberries, dried roses and some spice. An incredibly light and accessible wine which just begs to be enjoyed chilled. Naturally cool, and funky, NAT’Cool! Tinto is a superstar at Grape Crush.

Niepoort - NAT’Cool! Tinto

Another gem from Poderi Cellario. Working only with local, indigenous Piedmontese grape varieties, they fiercely defend the local winemaking traditions both in the vineyards and in the cellar. This pet-nat is a blend of Barbera and Neretto, with bright, tart cranberry, fresh blackberry, and slight funk. Bone dry, with some friendly tannins and excellent acidity.

We love the E Rosso! Another natural gem from Poderi Cellario. A vibrant violet colour with a palate full of berries and cherries, a touch of spice, and soft tannins. Beautiful, layered, and super easy drinking! The fastest litre you'll ever drink.

With a bright red colour, the nose is rich with red-orange citrus fruit accompanied by grassy and herbaceous notes and a hint of violets and pepper. On the palate it is savoury, vibrant, with a persistent tannin, and a touch of liquorice on the finish. Overall it is a a fresh, fruity, and fun easy drinking red. 

Pandolfa - 'Federico' Sangiovese

A chardonnay like no other. Grown on brown clay and limestone soils, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and then allowed to rest on their lees for 3 months before bottling to retain the fresh fruit character but add body and complexity to the palate. On the nose, you will find great intensity of aromas from apple to white flowers. On the palate, the wine is well balanced, ripe and succulent, with subtle flavours of nectarine and a soft mineral character.

Pandolfa - Battista Chardonnay

A punchy, juicy, and explosive wine! The Ventenac family winery is deeply rooted in this terroir and firmly dedicated to creating specialized wines using only natural yeasts and time-tested production methods. They add no sulfites, but rather respect and preserve the pure, fresh expression of Cabardès grapes. On the nose you'll find deep violet fruits with a touch of white pepper and the palate is packed with an explosion of bright red and black fruits.

Maison Ventenac - Le Paria

This is a very cool collective from Vinho Verde, representing one of the most important winegrowing regions of Portugal. This youthful Alvarinho shows great aromatic intensity, with notes of passionfruit, lemon, mango, grass, and green plum. Fresh, refreshing, and crisp while also creamily textured. On the palate, it’s refined, with balancing acidity and a long, lingering finish.

Lua Cheia - ‘Maria Bonita’ Alvarinho

Cabernet Franc/Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Malbec

Low intervention winemaking at its best. Packed with black cherry, smokey liquorice and mint with a hint of tobacco and leather on the nose. Juicy, fresh, and with a smooth well-balanced finish. Loves a rich meal of cheese, slow-braised meats or Moroccan stew.

Château Barouillet - Bergecrac Rouge

Cabernet Franc/Gamay/Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Petit Verdot

This unique red wine is juicy, rich and ripe. There are jammy flavours of both red and black fruits from the Pinot Noir and Gamay Noir that are complimented by the depth, tannin and dark berry structure of the Cabernets and oak aging. This medium-bodied red wine is polished, smooth, opulent, round and full of intensity. Flavours of raspberry and blackberry dance on the palate with cocoa and spice. 

Adamo - Estate Red

Tenuta Cocci Grifoni is a women-led family winery with certified organic vineyards. Tara Rosso Piceno is a blend of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Montepulcino. Wine is not treated with oak in order to let Montepulciano’s natural floral and spicy notes flourish. This red is well balanced with a delightful acidity. A beautiful light to medium bodied wine for a cozy afternoon in.

100% Agave Angustifolia - Equal smoke and earthiness. Made by Oaxacan Mezcalero and primary school Profesor, Rodolfo. No machines, no additives, just agave and water. Great on it's own, or in a negroni. Prioritizing quality and sustainability above quantity and yield, each bottle is numbered by hand and each batch has its own unique nuances. It is bright with grassy notes and a wonderfully crisp finish. 

Profesor Mezcal

100+ year old ungrafted and organic Listan Negro is splashed with 10% Castellana Negra in this singular wine, showcasing Tenerife's volcanic soils and altitude. Nine months of aging in concrete and neutral French oak has well-framed this lighter red, layered with grapefruit, juicy plum, anise, tobacco and a gentle dusting of pink peppercorns that linger on the saline finish. Firm tannins leave an impression of finesse and grace. Inherently confident, and drinking beautifully now. Allow a wave of youthful reduction to blow off before enjoying.

Evelyn's Cheddar Crispies

Hand-harvested Pecorino grown in the clay-sand soil of the Tarà estate vineyard. Fruit is gently pressed then fermented in stainless steel, where it rests for three months prior to bottling. Straw yellow in colour with a shimmer of green, the nose is fresh and crisp. Notes of grapefruit peel, aromatic rosemary, green apples, white acacia flowers, and white peach are complemented by mineral notes and almond on the finish.

Funky sparkling trebbianno blend from one of our favourite producers from Emilia Romagna. Driven with vibrant citrus notes, a fine mousse and smooth pear and apple on the finish. A lovely wine for pet-nat and cider lovers!

Podere Cervarola - Damigella

Sacromonte or “Sacred Mountain” is a play on the name of their aged Sangiovese as it only has 6 months ageing in stainless steel to produce a fresher more exuberant young wine. Hence the ‘ino’ ending which is the diminutive in Italian which means smaller or little version. Fresh and vibrant with black currant leaf, red berries and a subtle earthiness supported by light spice and tannin structure.

Our favourite hoppy sour ale with a tropical citrus hop bouquet. Notes of lemon, lime, fuzzy peach, and happiness. 

Fairweather Dream Pop

Antica Enotria makes natural, dry, crunchy, refreshing red - totally the opposite of what Puglia is famous for - which is awesome! Deep ruby red colour and violet nuances with a characteristic bouquet of cherries and earthy forest berries. On the palate this wine is soft, dry, medium bodied, with nice light tannins and a good freshness. Perfect for any season.

Antica Enotria Puglia Rosso 

A pink twist on the classic Italian aromatized wine Cocchi Americano. Cocchi Rosa starts with a red wine base that is aromatized and bittered with gentian, cinchona, wormwood, citrus, rose petals, saffron, and vanilla. Cocchi Rosa shines as the bittersweet base of a light summer spritz- pour over ice, top with soda or tonic water, and a wedge of grapefruit.
