This is a new cuvee is made from 60% Syrah (from 30 year old vines which thrive in clay limestone soils near the village of Aspiran) which underwent carbonic maceration and 40% Cinsault which was destemmed and which then underwent maceration for 15 days. The juice was then combined and matured in tank, to produce a light and lively red wine that is very gluggable!
