This beautiful sweet vermouth from BC has a base of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris. Fortified with an apple-based spirit, and aromatized with gentian, rhubarb root, bitter orange peel, chamomile, lavender, wild rose petals, yarrow flowers, green coriander seed, kola nut, burdock root, and green walnuts. Floral, brightly herbal, with a refreshing citrus acidity. Drink on its own, over a big cube of ice, or in a light aperitif cocktail. Not suitable for those with tree nut allergies. 16% ABV.
