Pink, cloudy, and super-refreshing, this piquette was a delightful way for Leaning Post to get the most out of spent grape skins. The skins leftover from winemaking were soaked in water for a few days and then fermented. Following another pressing, the piquette was bottled with a light spritz, resulting in a light and crushable 5.5% ABV bevvy. Think of this as baby-Pet-Nat meets heritage-cider meets hard-selzer! Notes of raspberry meets cranberry/watermelon candy, sweet basil are layered over funky, yeasty aromas- perfect served ice-cold on a warm day!
