The Lammidia Bianchetto is made with one night of skin contact of Trebbiano d´Abruzzo, harvested by hand and aged in steel. Macerated with its skins overnight and aged in stainless steel and fiberglass. It's funky, earthy and retains a slight prickle from finishing fermentation in the bottle. Lively with notes of tropical fruit, orange creamsicle, and wet cement. A wine that quenches thirst at the first sip that is perfect for anytime drinking, as an aperitivo, or to pair with spicy foods.
