Grape Crush has teamed up with our friends at Traynor Winery to bring you this 65% Chardonnay, 35% Riesling skin contact wine! The juice spent 28 days cold soaking on their skins and resulted in a refreshing and enigmatic wine that will pair perfectly with dreamy summer days on the lake. High Tide has a funky nose and intriguing flavours of orange blossom, citrus peels, and apricot. Let this one breathe and drink it chilled, with your toes in the grass and your head in the clouds. *Decanting recommended or a vigorous swirl to brush off the sulphuric nose. 5% of GC wine profits (up to $1500) will be donated to our Community Fridge food program. Grape Crush will be supporting local BIPOC/Asian restaurants and those in the community that lack food safety by donating ready-made meals and distributing them to the various fridges/pantries across the city.
