This playful Chinon poses the lovely red fruit and herbaceous, mineral quality of a northern French red while maintaining fruity freshness that comes from the winemaking process. Carbonically macerated, light, and gluggable. It is best served chilled and tastes of red fruits with a pleasant lightly flinty edge.
