Le Rosé de la Cabane is yet another great example reflecting how much influence biodynamic farming has on the quality of the fruit. The grapes were pressed slowly to extract some colour from the skins, but only enough to make it clearly identifiable as a rosé. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, and red liquorice. It is perfectly balanced, fresh, with well integrated acidity and a long fruity finish. Rosé season ain't over yet!
