This funky sparkling rosato is not for the faint-hearted, made with 100% Sangiovese it’s pretty wild on the nose and deeply fruity on the palate with an almost sour beer/kombucha quality to it. Notes of cherry jolly-ranchers, tart berries, and sea salt. You can definitely taste the volcanic soil in this one!
