Adega de Penalva is a 60-year-strong wine co-operative from Portugal’s Dão region, boasting 1000 members each farming their own hectare of vines. The “Maceration” combines Cerceal Branco, Encruzado, and Malvasia Fina spend 10 days on skins, giving it a gorgeous orange hue and plenty of grippy texture. Florality on the nose, mandarin orange, and honeycomb end in saline minerality and a fresh finish.
